Please read the following conditions carefully before using the website www.estore.wellbox.us (hereinafter “the Site”).
Use of the Site implies acceptance of said conditions. Consequently, by accessing the Site, any Internet user browsing the Site declares to have read and unreservedly accepted these conditions of use, and the user undertakes to comply with them and to respect in all circumstances the rules defined below.

- Data relating to LPG customers are kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationships, increased by three (3) years from the end of the contractual relationships, with the exception of banking data which is kept:
o in the case of a single payment until the withdrawal period expires
o in the event of payment by installments until full collection by LPG of the sums due.
- Data relating to prospects is kept for a period of 3 years from the last incoming contact with LPG or ENDO-SYSTEMS.
- Customer accounts are deleted after four years of total inactivity.
All this, without prejudice to legal retention obligations or limitation periods.
6.2. In order to facilitate and monitor the Internet user's navigation on the Site, LPG may also automatically collect information using cookies, with the aim of improving the personalized service intended for the Internet user.
